17 - 19 March 2008: Summit on Applications and Grid Middleware for the PRAGMA, Swiss Grid and Euro Grid Associations

The achievements of BRIDGE were presented by a CNIC delegate who participated in the 2008 PRAGMA/Zürich Summit on Applications and Grid Middleware, which was held March 17-18 at the University of Zürich. The major focus of the meeting included discussion of promising future grid opportunities of common interest for the involved diverse grid communities. Key players of the Grid community discussed possible synergies to more fully utilize the power of local, national, regional and international investments of the Grid.

22 November 2007: 4^th Meeting of WP2, Beijing, China

This meeting defines the final scenario of aviation application. Nick Tzannetakis of LMS International hosted this meeting with 20 BRIDGE partners participating.

29 October - 2 November 2007: 3^rd Meeting of WP2, Beijing, China

2 July 2007: 2^nd Meeting of WP2, Beijing, China

The 2^nd Joint meeting was held in Beijing. During the meeting LMS Software was introduced and for the project partners a training on the use of OPTIMUS software took place. Jiang Jiyun from LMS company introduced LMS software and gave an example of how to establish a workflow using OPTIMUS.

25 June 2007: 1^st Meeting of WP2, Beijing, China

The 1^st WP2 meeting was held in Beiyuan, Beijing, China, partners from LMS, AVIC II STC, SARDC, BUAA, and JNCI participated. The main goal was to establish the workflow and to name responsibilities for the different tasks of WP2.
